Honestly , it is very difficult to correct yourself folds in flat chains (eg , herringbone style ). You could try to force them back into place with tweezers flat range or, if you really want it fixed , go into a jewelry store and ask if they can do anything and it would cost. I find that my old flat coiled chains are the most sold for scrap gold and have avoided these types of chains for this reason.
