Agencies get bonuses , etc. that are related to their experience. If you can find a way to assure people who have never had an accident, and not cause accidents , your agency will do well .
It is difficult to establish a new agency , however. You must have a certain volume of business for insurance companies independent of your signature as an agent. If you do not have the money to buy an existing body , which is almost forced to work with one of the " captive" .
