Yes to trade him to the Giants . The Giants are in need of a solid bat in the lineup . To make room for what would move Pablo Sandoval to third and derek lee will cover first base . Also giants , being a low market team , you probably have some good trade prospects for him.

I really do not know any team that had desired. MedlinePlus It's pretty much your average MLB first basemen , yet good enough to be a regular , but nothing special. He will make 13 thousand in 2010 . It means the only place I could go is a team that is in contention , have some money that may be willing to spend, and need a first basemen . The Angels might fit that bill , but even they would get only a marginal improvement . Chicago would probably have to eat some of his salary to be sent somewhere.
