Hello, I bought some contracts call a number that is not heavily traded . In fact, it had operations when I bought it ( as yahoo , my agent , and google ) . Even as I write this , almost an hour or more after the operation , " google finance" still showing 0 of volume in the series . Yahoo Finance updated within 15 minutes to show all contracts bought . And Market Watch had several trades more in my series . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Now , it might be easy to guess that each site only lags behind real time differently (although google is just an hour ago is meaningless ) . But sites like Market Watch, which appeared to be the latest in my series , seemed to lag behind other series that showed less volume than the other sites . That's not consistent with my initial assumption that each site only had a different time lag behind. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Just curious what could be the factors . Do all computerized ? Or are they using floor monitors or something? Is it because some sites include the types of contracts and not others? I'm new to this, so trying to understand the mechanics .

Screw drmark . There are plenty of reasons for trading illiquid options . For example , you want to change a deep ITM option , so you can have an option with 0.95 delta but put up one third as much money as you take the same position in the stock . MedlinePlus MedlinePlus Do not know why Google Finance does not show your options , but all sites are free , so do not expect to have perfect data .
