Let me start by saying that I used to be 210.I dropped to 135, but since I started taking birth control two months ago I recovered to 150.I I have 25 years and 5'6 tall. I have not changed my diet or exercise routine, but the weight just keeps piling on. I eat about 1500 calories a day, walk every day, for at least a mile, sometimes several, if not enough daylight left. I also do yoga and body weight training 3-4 times a week. I know it should work, but Im having flat feet and bad knees, his MedlinePlus very painful to run long distances. I take several medications for depression, and Fe Pristique Lowestrin for contraception. Ive recently tried to cut more calories and exercise more. Nothing has helped. Eating less than 1300 calories a day gives me headaches, nausea and fatigue, I have a very short temper when hungry. MedlinePlus I go to the beach in a few months then I'm afraid I'll be back to 210 again! And that's not an option for me I worked had to lose weight and. I always wanted to wear a bikini, since childhood, but have always had to take a **** and shorts to swim in. I just want to look normal, but no matter how hard you work at it its just out of reach. As promised deserve someone beautiful, and I can not seem to be that for him, its crazy. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus In addition, changing birth control to something else is not an option, I have pills free clinic in my city that offer only one without an examination mark, and I have a "general practitioner" or a gynecologist ( I went to one once, bad experience, never again) (also not sure) I do not want to stop taking the pills b / c, as it eases my mind and not have to worry about ruining my life! But I'm not sure being fat is not a good change. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus I can also spend money on losing weight, I work 40 hours a week and check to paycheck is direct and very little to me. MedlinePlus MedlinePlus I guess what I'm wondering is how others have arrived on the plateau? Does anyone have any suggestions or little tricks that worked for them? I know it is impossible to lose weight! Similar situations? Please share!
