while the general public does not support the inauguration of Obama health care , I do not think most abominable considered sufficient.

when Obama passes cap and trade, which probably will not either. such things are bad policy , but not necessarily strike at the heart of our inalienable rights .

What happens when 20-30 gives amnesty to illegal aliens ? There may be a case ... see our leaders , democratically elected or not, have the right to give our nation to another? Probably not, but of course I will argue that he did not.

However, when it comes to things like taking away our freedoms of expression , religion and the right to bear arms ... What we then have the duty ( to our parents , our neighbors and our children ) to the rebellion?

When , and only when, the change can not be achieved through peaceful means legal . While we have elections and civil liberties and institutions enough that we can change the government peacefully , then terrorism would be to choose violence as a method .

Amnesty does not give the country away , it just means that they are not breaking any laws just by being here . Something like things were when most of our ancestors came to this country . Given the nature of our revolution the government is not required. Right across vote outside . If people can not be bothered to vote , which is what I really think they may be motivated to fight .
