Question about forex loss vs following year tax rate?1Julia Ten2012-08-24 20:11:20
I understand from this question http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20120620212143AAZlpNl that I can report up to $3000 for loosing money in trading then my question is, is this $3000 the grand total of your loss of forex trade? or for example: I did total of 3 trading last year and trade A I made +$1000 and trade B I made another +$3000 and then on trade C I lost -$3000 so in this scenario, I made total of +$1000 but I did lose -$3000 on my last trade C. in this case, will my loss considered to be -$3000, because I know when I fill form 6781 part2 section A I independently report my loss, so I wonder this -$3000 I made in one time could be my capital loss? and help reduce my tax rate for the following year? Or, can I not report any loss in this case? since I did not loose any as far as my grand total is a + for the year. PLEASE HELP!! thank you.

Might someone with background in currency trading and interest rate tell if following is true?0Feodor2012-10-13 11:11:02
If China increased the value of Yen five percent , then it would take 5% more dollars to pay the interest on the bonds. Would it be correct to say that interest rate above 5 % . As we just said seems too simple , is there a way to calculate the exchange effect on performance in dollars equivalent to the state effect on the rate of interest ?
Looking for a financier: unsecured lending, very large amounts, willing to pay high interest rate?0. å°› benzene Dan 2012-09-27 18:44:07
I can change the world stock with solid gains. I'm interested in finding people who are willing to offer unsecured loans a month to month or longer. The loan is unsecured because I write options contracts that can not be held as collateral (unlike stock markets that can be kept in the margin) . Do not operate in a high risk category and provide a guarantee against any loans. Currently I have unsecured personal loans with the major banks ( $ 100,000 ) but they will not give more than that. If you are interested , drop me a line . MedlinePlus Jarrod Milne

Legal Question - Conflict of Interest?1Brooke 2012-09-01 06:02:06
good morning, I wonder if you can help. I have been a director of a company, I basically was a director as a favour to a family friend who went bankrupt. I have no contract and have no shares in the business and have received no benefits other than a nominal wage. I was approached by a friend offering the funds to set up another company (properly this time) doing the same kind of business as this is my experience for the last 6-7 years. This company was set up in october 2010 however didnt start trading until May 2011. In this time the old companys business fell into trouble and the owners (shareholders) decided to to start to close the company. With the intent to buy the company and merge the two i stayed on as director. The owner (family friend) has recently found out about this and looked into the history of the new company, saw the company was set up in October 2010 and has said he is taking legal action and putting this down to conflict of interest. Please can you help me and tell me what my position is in this case. Best regards A A
