An action in a maximum of 52 weeks, no visible barriers or resistance points and can be called "break " . A pressure point is a higher price before value . Therefore, the theory is that an action that is 52 weeks, possibly , could increase the price of more than one action with a point of resistance " whole" or high before.

For example , if you are looking for two large stocks to buy and you have a point of resistance than 5 % away from the current price and the other is at a maximum of 52 weeks. Both have a sharp rise day you buy? The stock price to record high before the show that when the price reaches as high house , where the price came down , which may be broken again as the old Sellers want to dump a little broth . Therefore, this population could win 5 %, while the other has "unlimited " potential .

These are not firm rules on the position of price, but they have merit. I read somewhere that the reserves in their 52 weeks ago , on average, perform better.
