Is there any restriction that I have to sell a stock [bought for day trading purpose] at that day?

Suppose you bought 10 shares of XYZ for the purpose of day trading ... but the share price down much during the day .... Is there some rule that I have to sell that day before the market closed or I have to for the next day or so ?

The law of the land does not prohibit a day trader becomes a investor.U bought 10 shares in anticipation of increased prices.It not happen nu do not want to book loss.So , pay the price n receive delivery as n n sell when the price suits u.

Therefore, there is no impediment to receive the delivery od purchased stock for purposes of days between .

If some riders who have to sell the shares bought on the same day before 3pm on the same day MedlinePlus MedlinePlus some allow agents to sell the same after 3-5 days
