I heard from some people other than a couple if you already have the iPhone 3G can change it for the iPhone 3G for free. Is this true ? If so I am so syched !

Nope. In fact, unless at least 18 months in his current contract , the new phone will be $ 200 higher than for new customers and you have to sign a new contract.
