Since it has been months of your time and attention helping you, I'm sure she'll be ecstatic that finally found the one! Congratulations ! You need to write the purchase contract so it is worth all the effort spent on you. I think that would be so wrong to write the contract with another person , like all the time spent with you has been basically volunteer work. No matter how you find the house ! I'm sure she deserves the pay if it takes several months.
