Since she has spent months of his time and attention helping that you, 'm sure she going to be ecstatic of that you finally found the one! Congratulations ! You should have at its write the purchase contract so she is compensated for all of the effort that she spent on you. I think it would be so wrong of you to write the contract with someone what others as all the time she has spent with you ha, basically , been the work volunteer. No matter how you found the house! I am sure that that she deserves the pays if taken several months.
