How do you define going the extra mile for your client ?

Well , there is no single answer to this question. Whatever you do for the customer that goes beyond just "selling" the product is "going beyond " . If you can make the whole process enjoyable for the client, then earn your repeat business. You will find it much easier to make repeat sales , then it is to spend resources to find new customers. Simple things like a " Thank You" card after a sale, or a follow up call to ensure that the customer is happy . If the sale involves sending , maybe you can help the client with the organization of that. In the past , I have even sent customers a card on her birthday. It's a small gesture , but more likely to call you when you need more product. The ideas are endless, but it's all about customer service very well. Hope this helps
